Dear Rayne, I'm so glad you like my books and I look Angels Don't Know Karateforward to Skyping with your school. Brayden, it would be great fun to visit your school. Symira, chapter books usually don't have colored pictures, but it would be fun if they did.
Melva, I'm sorry about what happened with your mother's pictures. It doesn't seem right, but there is nothing you can do about it now. Later, after things cool down I bet you will find a picture somewhere. I guess the best thing now is to try to get along with your dad's new wife. She is probably feeling insecure to do something like that. Hopefully she will realize what she did was wrong and apologize. I will be thinking about you and will say a prayer that everything will work out. Your friend, Debbie

Hi Dalynna! I hope you'll check Mermaid Tales out of your A whale of a talelibrary, look for them in the Scholastic book orders, or at your favorite bookstore. I love to read and write too! (This month Danger in the Deep Blue Sea and A Whale of a Tale are available in the second and third grade Scholastic book orders). Have an awesome week and God bless, Debbie

Trouble at Trident AcademyDear Brenda, I love to read too! I'm so happy that you liked Trouble at Trident Academy. When I write the Mermaid Tales stories I get to learn about ocean creatures. Did you know that dolphins are mammals (like us) and not fish?  Aren't dolphins beautiful? Have a great weekend and happy reading, Debbie
