Vampires don't Wear Polka DotsHi Ashley! Alex, I'm so glad you enjoyed Vampires Don't Wear Polka Dots! Debbie, we never told exactly what state Bailey School is in, but did you know there really are some real Bailey Schools in the US?
Suzy, when we first wrote Vampires Don't Wear Polka Dots Mrs. Jeepers actually did turn into a vampire in the hallway! Our editor thought that was too scary and asked us to change the ending. Do you think it was too scary? We never said how Eddie's mom died. Your story sounds fun, but it must be hard to mop doors! You can play some Bailey School Kids games and get free magazines on my Bailey School Kids page. Best, Debbie

Dear Susie, I was fairly lucky as a kid and wasn't bullied The Worst Name in Third Gradetoo much. I think ANY bullying is too much though, don't you? Hope you have a wonderful bully-free day (unlike Bridgett in The Worst Name in Third Grade), Debbie

Books vs Looks Mermaid Tales #15Dear Alysha, I'm so glad you like Books vs Looks. Do you plan to create your own book club? I think Pearl gave Kiki some cuttlefish candy because she felt bad about starting a club war. Yes, Flower Girl Dreams is out and available now.
Alexis, I am looking forward to visiting your school. It is so cool that you like Sea Monsters Don't Ride Motorcycles. (There are two motorcycles in my garage!)
Sariah, I like fairy tales too! In fact, some of the Bailey School Kids books are based on fairy tales, like Giants Don't Go Snowboarding and Witches Don't Do Backflips. Did you know I am friends with the lady who made the Candy Fairies books? Hope you'll check out my writing page for writing tips. Have a great week, Debbie

Dear Sariah, I get ideas from everywhere, even from the Wolfmen Don't Hula Dancenewspaper! Eboniquee, I am so glad you like my stories. Brynlee, guess what? I went to Hawaii and there were hula dancers everywhere-even in church! Have a super weekend, Debbie

Dear Ellison and Aria, I have written 166 stories that I have traditionally published. I enjoy writing so much I hope to do it as long as I live! There are 16 Mermaid Tales books out right now with plans to have a total of 20. What do you think number 19 should be about? (I have already written 17 and 18) Have a beautiful day, Debbie
