Check out this picture of a nautilus.  It is called a living fossil because this creature is basically the same as it's ancestors nautiluswere 65 million years ago!  Can you tell what I'm writing about?  Hope to see you tomorrow at the Barnes and Noble in Fairless Hills, PA from 2-4:00.  Read well, Debbie

Robots Don't Catch Chicken PoxSophia, you have a great start to a story and what a fun idea.  Did you know that I did write a robot story with my friend Marcia Jones called Robots Don't Catch Chicken Pox?  My daughter came up with the title.  I think you should finish your story this summer and have a great time with it.  Do you think Marcia and I should write another robot book too?  Hope you'll try my contest, Debbie

Yes Lacie, I've heard it's a lot of work to have a horse, but I think Ghosts Don't Ride Wild Horsesyou are lucky to get to have lessons.  Maybe the stables where you ride will let you volunteer or work there, then you could spend more time with the horses if it's not too far from your house.  From another horse lover, Debbie

Hi Lacie, I don't know of a horse lover's website, except this one.  I always wanted a horse, but I've never had one!  That's why I wanted to write Ghosts Don't Ride Wild Horses and Unicorns Don't Give Sleigh Rides.  Do  Battle of the Best Friendsyou have a horse?
Nadia, I do love mermaids and dancing (my husband is actually an awesome dancer, just like on Dancing with the Stars!)  I like the Rays too.  Wouldn't it be fun to hear them in concert?  I think you had a awesome idea.  I am going to start an online Mermaid Club with a newsletter.  What do you think about that?  Do you think kids would like to submit stories?  Stay cool, Debbie
