Hi Mary! So glad you like Gargoyles Don't Drive School Buses. I have lots of favorites, including Santa Claus Doesn't Mop Floors. If you live near Chicago, you may have seen the cool gargoyles on the library there. That was part of the inspiration for our gargoyle book.
Alexius, it sounds like you have a report to do. I don't think I should do your report for you, but I will help. The purpose of any story I write is for the reader to have fun. I think if you read Ghosts Don't Eat Potato Chips, the rest will be obvious. The conflict is the same as the problem. And the solution is just what happens at the end. Hey Jesse, a trip to Florida sounds like a fun present! I asked Santa for an iPad . There are some story building apps on there I can't wait to try out. I'm not going anywhere for Christmas, but I'm lucky that my college age kids are coming home. It will be great to have everyone together. In fact, my son Nathan and I wrote two books together. Thanks Jesse, I'm so glad you are feeling better. I like all the Bailey School Kids characters! I must say Eddie is certainly fun to write about though. It's hard to pick a favorite Bailey School Kids book, but it's easy to pick my favorite Super Special for this time of the year. It's Mrs. Jeepers Creepy Christmas. In that story, you find out exactly what is in the box in Mrs. Jeepers' basement. In my spare time I like to read, play tennis, and volunteer. Have a good weekend, Debbie
