Wow, it feels like summertime outside. I love it!! Hope you get to do something outside to enjoy the beautiful weather (if it's nice where you are). Amoure', I'm so glad you thought Ninjas Don't Bake Pumpkin Pies was funny. Maybe when you are in NYC you will go to Ninja New York. We had dinner there one time. Wish me luck. I'm going to play tennis for the first time since I sprained my ankle. I hope I don't hurt it again! Debbie, I haven't won tons of awards, but there are some listed on my Ghouls books page and on the individual book pages. (By the way, I love your name!) A big hello to Tryumph and Sara! Mayela, I went to college to become a teacher and then I went back and got my masters in Library Science. It's raining again! If April showers bring May flowers, then we are going to have TONS of flowers around here! Mayela, I went to Western Kentucky University for college. I also went to Weaverton Elementary and Henderson County Senior High. Saray, I hope you can get Vampires Don't Wear Polka Dots in your library or local bookstore. If not, order it here with your parent's help. Tell Mrs. Allen I said hello.
Abby, I'm still hoping the fun book I wrote with my daughter will get published. I did had time to relax recently when I sprained my ankle. I had to keep it propped up with ice on it, so it made me slow down a bit. I do like to keep busy so I probably should have rested it more because it's still not quite well. Madigan, your school had extra books to buy. Ask your librarian about it or you can buy books on my book page with your parent's help (or at your local bookstore). The Scholastic Lucky book club also has my books. This month you can get Vampires Do Hunt Marshmallow Bunnies for only $1! Hello guys. I just got back from a great school visit where I met some awesome kids. A big hello to Nicky and Emily. Nicky, my first book came out in 1990. Rachel, I wish I could have seen your funny puppet show about Snow Monsters Do Drink Hot Chocolate. Josh, I bet you'd make a cool werewolf! Luciano, I like dogs too. Jenna, I don't really write fast-I just write a lot! Mrs. Ciparelli and class, it was so fun to visit your school. You guys rock!
Marcello, would you believe I'm a million years old? I do have fun writing and I get ideas from everywhere! As a matter of fact, thanks Cayla and Brady for your super ideas. Devon, glad you liked Bridgett's name. Ali, I hope you'll read the book to find out Bridgett's last name.
Abby, my children are 14, 18, and 24. Felicia, to go to my games click here. Ava, I think it's amazing that you read 10 of my books and did 10 reports. You go girl! Jesse, I've written 147 books and I'm working on more. Olivia and Liam, my next book will come out in May of 2012. Liam, I like to ride on the back of my husband's motorcycle, but I must admit sometimes it's a bit scary! My next book will be about an underwater world. Yes, Seth-I do like marshmallows and snow (but now I'm ready for warmer weather!). Hope you guys have a great day, Debbie
