Dear Taylor, I'm thrilled that the Mermaid Tales books make you smile. Thanks for the idea of using sting rays. Manta rays are in several books (The Mantra Ray Express). In Ready, Set, Goal! the merkids take a manta ray to the city of Atlantis for a shell wars championship. Manta rays are related to sting rays, but mantas don't have the stinging barb in their tails like sting rays do. Have a super week, Debbie

Lissetta, what exciting news! Congratulations. I am thrilled about the release of Ready, Set, Goal!. It's almost exactly one month away, but it can be pre-ordered. If you live near TN, I will be doing some book-signings. I also hope to do one in Georgia.
Ellie, I'm so glad you like Kiki. I am actually working on a story right now (#19) with her as a main character. It is a bit of a mystery. Kiki is the focus of books 3, 7, 11, 15, and 19. Have a great beginning of school, Debbie
