Yesenia and Miguel, your ideas were awesome!  I think it would be great fun to write about Medusa and Demons(a little scary, but fun!)  Wouldn't the cover be great with snakes for hair in Medusa?  And I love your description of Demi (great name) Miguel.  You guys are very creative!
Hello to Brendan, John, Josh, Colin, Mikayla, Bella, Celia, Anna, Viktor, Ian, Daniel, Kevin, Matthew, Grace, and MacKenzie who I met yesterday at the Bucks County Zoo Young Zookeepers program.  It was very cool being so close to all the animals and learning about taking care of them.  Do you know which animal spends it's entire life unside down?  I do!  Do you know which animal was the inspiration for Winnie the Pooh?  (Clue:  is wasn't a bear!)  I do!  I'll give you the answers tomorrow, but hope you'll try to find them for yourselves.  ttyl, Debbie

If you live near Philadelphia, check out the Bucks County Zoo.  I'm curious about their young zookeeper program so the owner is going to let me learn about it.  It sounds cool.  If you don't live near Philly, check out the zoo near you.  It'll be zoo-iffic!  Good luck with your writing Malka, maybe you want to write about a zoo animal!  brb, Debbie

Hi Malka, I agree it would be cool for the Bailey School Kids to be made into a TV show!!  Taft, I think it's cool that you are writing this summer.  You might want to check out my writing page for tips, podcasts, and even a silly movie!  Just keep Doylestown bookshopscrolling down for more stuff.  Do you think we should write more Bailey School Kids books?
I got to meet some great kids yesterday at the Doylestown Bookshop.  My next booksigning will be on Sept. 10th at the Princeton Children's Book Festival.  Hope to see you there!  Enjoy the summer!  Debbie
