To answer your questions about Lillian, this is what I know: Her name was Lillian Wave before she got married to Colonel Fangtooth. She changed her name to Lillian Fangtooth. And that’s it! Dear Princess Kayla and Layla, great reading of the MerStyle magazines! Lorelei is Shelly’s cousin, but they do look so much alike they are mistaken for twins! Queen Edwina is Shelly’s great aunt. Kriti, I’m so glad you like the Mermaid Tales. Pearl is certainly an interesting character! Naomi, you posed a great question. When writing Battle of the Best Friends or any book, I do brainstorming to think about different things that could happen. I come up with several ideas and choose the one I like best. You are such a nice sister to share your books!

There will be an announcement about a new series probably this week. Kayla, there are Mermaid Tales trailers, but no movies. Book #21 is written, but #22 is only started. The titles may change. Right now, #21 is called the Sleepover in the Haunted Museum. Takeo is Kiki’s dad. Bridgett’s Blog is just to read; no one answers it. It goes with a book called the Worse Name in Third Grade. Layla, congratulations on your new baby! We have a new baby in my family as well! And yes, Pearl gets a new baby in The Winter Princess.
