   Dear Alicia, Whale sharks are the largest fish in the world and I like their polka dots! So they are my favorite shark today!
   Princess Kayla, I will let you pick Shelly’s, Echo’s, and Kiki’s birthday. They all should be within the first six months of the year.
   Maeve, I’m so glad you are enjoying the Mermaid Tales adventures. I am writing about a really big adventure right now!

   Princess Kayla, I have wondered if mermaids celebrate Christmas. It is my favorite holiday. But would mermaids have a way to know the real meaning behind Christmas?

   Dear Princess Kayla, Here’s a sneak peek at the cover of Sleepover at the Haunted Museum (the original sketch and the finished cover art). Parts of it are supposed to glow! It comes out next June. What would you most like to read about in another Mermaid Tales book? I value your opinion, Debbie

    Dear Alicia, I took my dog for a long walk, pulled weeds, read a book, and went for a swim. I wore my dog Carmen out. She came home and slept!
    Princess Kayla, my birthday is May 18th. I hope you had a happy birthday! I was thinking about it. Since Pearl’s birthday was in the second Mermaid Tales book, Battle of the Best Friends, which takes place towards the beginning of the school year then Pearl’s birthday should probably be in August or September.
