“Hi, I am Aubynn. In my class at school we are doing a thing called “Reado”. It’s like bingo, but instead its reading. One of them says to write a letter to your favorite author about and idea for a book, so I decided to choose you for it. I think on your next story you should talk about Kiki getting lost and can’t find her way home. But while she is trying to find her way home she meets a little dolphin family and they help Kiki find her way home. That is my idea for your next book. Let me know what you think. Sincerely, Aubynn ”

“Hi Debbie , My favorite sea animal is a polka dot batfish. It lives in shallow water. Some look like sand and can camouflage. Polka dot batfish eat small fish because it is easier to eat small fish than big fish. They get their food by camouflaging like a rock or sand. When the prey comes to them they strike! I like this strategy. This is why I like polka dot batfish. Thank you for writing Mermaid Tales book 3. Love, Elie ”
