“Today I had to feed the baby again! He kept throwing food on me! But then, I was playing in the middle of the street today and a skateboarder was coming but my twin brother Nate stopped him for hitting me. Then I came inside and my neighbor was there and she said she might steal our baby because he is so cute and chuckled and my mom chuckled too. I think I know the importance of family now that my town saved me, so I might take matters into my own hands.”

“I am writing a new book about the Hailey School Kids. The Hailey School Kids are four friends from school who go on a field trip to a science museum. When they get there, they meet a tall guy who has lots of scars. His name is Frank. The kids start to think that Frank is really Frankenstein. While they’re at the museum a rainstorm hits and Frank’s petunia plants fly out the window while he tries to save them. At the end Frank gives everyone a petunia plant to take home. The kids figure out that Frank is not really Frankenstein after all. I think the book is very funny because Frank really looked like a friendly Frankenstein. The pictures show him with a flat head and he is very tall and looks just like the monster. My favorite part is when Frank gives the kids petunia plants to take home even though he really loved the plants. That made Frank very generous and thoughtful. This book made me think about monsters and if I believe in them. I would have to say I don’t believe in monsters because I’ve never heard of any coming to your house and sucking your blood and haunting you. I like to read about them but I don’t believe in them. I have also drawn monsters but they don’t look like Frank. This book is for you if you like lots of adventure and horror. It is also pretty funny. There is a whole series of 32 books about the Bailey School Kids and I recommend these books if you like to read different stories about the same characters”

“My life is so hard I have a new baby brother and it is annoying. Today I was playing in the cattails of the river near our house with my toy sailboat, and then the lifeguard blew his whistle and told everyone to get out because it was time for a private swim for a teenage girl and her friends. I peaked from behind the cattails and saw her car pulling her up to the edge of the river. She hopped and walked towards the river and smiled as she looked at the water. But just as I was looking at her, I noticed my sailboat had floated away from me and was floating right towards her! I tried to chase after it and get it, but the lifeguard yelled at me to get out so I did and abandoned the sailboat. I came home to the party to welcome my new baby brother. My mom scolded me and reminded I needed to think more than just myself because I am a big sister now; she then told me to go grab my baby brother to show off the everyone. Then my mom said I had to learn to feed the baby. I tried, but he looked away. I gave up and looked away, but then he dumped the baby food on my head and everyone said aw. Then the guests left and my mom and my dad and my twin brother went outside to relax and said I had to watch the baby! It was annoying!”

“Thank you for your books. They are amazing! I have an idea for your next book. It should be about a girl who is 13 and her mom does not want her to ride horses, but she loves them. She sneaks out to be with the horses. She wants to save them if they are sick. She realized that sneaking out is not okay, so she tells her mom why she is doing it. Her mom forgives her. The girl and the mom decide to help save horses together. ~Evony ”
